Gardens of Kyresoo System Requirements PC/Windows The hardware requirements for the Tech Demo are very modest by modern standards. The intention is that the game should be playable by people who do not invest a lot in computer hardware. Minimum Computer: Pentium II 360 MHz or higher, with 512MB RAM or more Windows 98, XP. Others not tested by probably OK Internet Connection: Dial up connection. Recommended Computer: 1.0 GHz CPU, with 512MB RAM or more Windows 98, XP. Others not tested by probably OK Internet Connection: Broadband connection. Some system performance results are listed here You will also need access to a Website to display your trays of flowers. Most Internet Service providers include these in their monthly fees, though they don’t always make it obvious. If not you will have to use a web hosting service, some of which are available for free. See Finding a Website for more on this. Graphics cards Kyresoo will run acceptably even on a 1999 era graphics cards such as the TNT2. Though with the low end ATI models, you will need to check the "Disable Transparency" option. See the Troubleshooting page on how to do this. We would like to add to our list of hardware/driver combinations on which Kyresoo will run. As a Beta tester, you can help us do this. Please take a few minutes to record the performance of your computer as described on the System Survey page. Mac And Linux The code has not yet been packaged to run on the Mac or under Linux. Since Kyresoo is written in Java it should be quite portable however. See Mac and Linux forum pages for more information on this.
