From May 95 until Feb 99 we ran the OnTime Delivery service. This pioneering service monitored the delivery speed of web pages for a wide variety of clients including CNN, IBM and the BBC. It was rendered obselete when Netscape removed the timing hooks from their browser that were vital to the service.
